ON-GOING BALANCE WITH BOOKKEEPING

All Figured Out will process your Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Sales Tax and all other work on a weekly or monthly basis (determined by your plan of action). We are efficiently poised to work remotely. Once your work is processed, we will deliver deposits to the bank and payables will be processed through online bill pay. Bank/credit card and all other reconciliations will be processed at the beginning of each month.

We proudly work with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. We highly recommend QuickBooks Online, and are able to convert your desktop version to online. If we start your QuickBooks Online account, you are able to get our wholesale pricing for the duration of our working relationship.

CONSULTING

We'll walk you through the process of registering with the IRS, the State, and with setting up your Chart of Accounts in your accounting system. We can help you create your budget and enter that into your accounting system so you can compare budgets to actuals.
