All Figured Out specializes in creating streamlined processes to save you time and money. You'll enjoy hands-on, personalized service directly from the owner. Rachel will work with you to determine what your needs are and to create a process to handle all your bookkeeping needs.
Upon creation of your personalized bookkeeping process, you will receive top-notch Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiveable, Payroll, Budgeting and monthly financial services from one of several experienced bookkeepers at All Figured Out.
How it starts...
First, All Figured Out will spend time learning who you are and what is important to you. We want to know why you started your business, what your goals are, and what you are passionate about. We will then review your current financial statements to get the big picture of your business, determine where help is needed most, and determine a plan of action.
Now we'll put that plan into action and start helping you balance your business so you can balance your life.
All Figured Out will process your Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiveable and Payroll on a weekly or monthly basis (determined by your plan of action).
Work can be dropped off by you, or we can pick up once a week. Once processed, we will deliver deposits to the bank, and payables will be delivered on a bi-weekly basis. Bank/credit card reconciliations will be processed at the beginning of each month.
We can be the keeper of your file, work with backup copies, or remotely login to your file.
To assist with further balancing your business, All Figured Out will deliver monthly financial reports to you by the 15th of each month. This package will include:
Income Statement (P&L)
Budget vs. Actual
Ad hoc reports as requested
