Rachel Hassell is a dynamic executive administrator offering over 25 years experience. She is an efficient director of project management and human resources, and an effective handler of daily operations and administrative duties. Rachel offers full-charge advanced bookkeeping with strong financial analysis (QuickBooks Pro). She also offers 10 years experience in marketing and development, and business and retail strategies to make your business a success.
Rachel has a strong commitment to our community, and serves as a volunteer for PSD Schools, Safe Routes to School, is a former Larimer County foster parent, and is a proud graduate of the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fort Collins program (2012-2013).
Rachel is proud to be an Air Force brat, and is grateful to have been able to live in such locations as Spain, Panama, Wyoming, North Dakota, Germany, Texas, and Northern Virginia. Rachel moved to Denver, CO in 1999 and found her forever home state! She spent three years in Denver, working for an enivironmental research firm, and moved to Fort Collins in 2002 to attend Colorado State University. From there, Rachel served as Office/Marketing Manager for Recycled Cycles for nine years. Rachel then spent one year as Accounting Manager at Brinkman Asset Management before realizing her vision of being a small business owner in 2014.

Rhonda Masters has the backing of 30 years of bookkeeping experience in a variety fields including agriculture, construction, energy, food, and automotive industries. With a background in Office Management, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable she has the knowledge to assist in the success of your business.
Rhonda enjoys serving her community and in recent years has volunteered with the Larimer County Food Bank, The Linus Project, and Tax Help Colorado.
Rhonda is a Colorado native who grew up in Greeley and now calls Loveland home. She enjoys sewing, macramé, gardening and photography.
